食材︰豆腐290克、蘑菇200克、蔥
調味料︰糖0.7茶匙、芝麻1茶匙、醋1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、醬油2茶匙、蔥

做法︰

1.將豆腐切成手指的大小

2.切開蘑菇

3.將蔥切碎

4.加入上述調味料

5.將豆腐煮熟

6.喺蘑菇上撒鹽

7.將蘑菇放喺豆腐同調味醬上
