嫩滑鮮香勁好食!

食材︰豆腐一份、紫蘇葉4片、天婦羅粉半杯、醬油、麻油、清酒、芝麻、鹽、胡椒粉

做法︰

1.將豆腐切成塊,方便食用

2.排乾水後將豆腐放在廚房毛巾上,撒上鹽和胡椒粉調味

3.切下4片紫蘇葉的末端,將其捲起,然後切成薄片

4.加入醬油、麻油、清酒、芝麻混合,然後加入切好的紫蘇葉並混合在一起

5.在鍋裡放油,然後將天婦羅粉均勻地撒在豆腐上,然後來回炸

6.將紫蘇葉醬油放在金黃豆腐上即成
