新蒲崗呢間麵包店,堅持要整真材實料嘅麥包~
當中宇治抹茶奶油包更加係抹茶控嘅心頭好!!

店主曾經到日本學藝,全店麵包都係用日本鳥越麵粉、法國依斯利牛油,絕對冇添加劑!

加上純天然酵母,放入雪櫃低溫發酵~再用石板爐焗打蒸氣,就做好咁鬆化嘅麵包啦!

抹茶奶油又滑又唔會太甜,雖然抹茶味唔濃,但有淡香。
