平時出街買嘅果醬多數都又甜又肥?

如果想食得健康啲,不如自己整啦

跟住「 The Sweetest Journey」簡單幾步就整到又好味又百搭嘅果醬啦!

食材︰切片士多啤梨344g、蜂蜜60ml、奇亞籽24克g

做法︰

1.用中火將蜂蜜同士多啤梨煮沸攪拌

2.將士多啤梨煮軟約5至7分鐘,之後攪碎成小塊再繼續煮約3至5分鐘後熄火

3.攪拌奇亞籽,在室溫下將果醬靜置10分鐘,變稠即成

4.可將果醬冷卻,然後放入冰箱
