鍾意食香口小食嘅你一定唔可以錯過呢款「蟹肉忌廉炸丸子」

簡單易整又好食

用嚟做茶點/招呼客人都唔錯!

材料︰忌廉160g、洋蔥1/2g、牛油60g、忌廉濃湯塊80g、鹽、胡椒粉、麵粉、雞蛋、麵包屑、蟹肉

做法︰

1.將牛油放入鍋中,炸洋蔥

2.加入忌廉濃湯塊同水,然後加鹽同胡椒粉調味

3.加入炸好嘅麵包碎同蟹肉,當稠度變厚時,將麵團倒入有蓋鍋中,冷凍2小時

4.將麵團分成6部分,並沾上麵粉、雞蛋、麵包屑

5.用150°C度油炸至金黃色
