簡單易整,而且連素食者都食得

快啲一齊學吓啦!

食材︰即食燕麥片160g、傳統燕麥片67g、黑朱古力180g、椰奶375ml、糖25g、鹽1/4茶匙、雲尼拿油1茶匙

做法︰

1.喺烤盤上鋪上牛油紙, 將切碎咗嘅朱古力放入碗中

2.用細平底鍋將椰奶、糖同鹽煮沸,之後熄細火

3.倒喺切碎咗嘅朱古力上,加入雲尼拿油靜置2分鐘,然後攪拌直至朱古力融化

4.加入燕麥攪拌直至混合

5.用匙羹將混合物滴到烤盤上

6.冷卻至室溫,然後冷凍約1-2小時直至凝固
