涼浸浸嘅天氣最啱食冷烏冬!

做法簡單而且好味飽肚,一齊學下點整啦!

食材︰

烏冬1個、大蔥、紫菜、醋1湯匙、糖1/2湯匙

做法︰

1.將蔥切粒

2.切碎紫菜

3.將烏冬煮熟

4.將麵條浸入冰水中

5.將烏冬面調味料放入碗中

6.加6-7塊冰、1湯匙醋,1/2湯匙糖同100ml水

7.混合醬汁並將麵條加入冰水中即成
